"I am 85 years old and have been insured by State Farm for auto and home for about 65 years. When our last assigned agent left the company I decided to look for my own agent. I went to four State Farm Agencies in the proximity of our home. Three of them gave me the attitude of no big deal if you choose us or not. One lady, Sam, from Tim Flanagan's office went above and beyond to invite me to bring my three policies to their office. When I decided to do that, Sam, and other Staff helped in the switch over process. "Great customer service! We've been clients for years, and Tim is always so helpful with anything we need. Edited to add: State Farm sent us a free Ting device last year. It monitors the electrical system in your home. A few weeks ago it notified us that we had a problem. The wires coming into our home were loose at our electrical box, which caused them to start melting. Ting notified us before they caught fire, and prevented a disaster. They even covered the cost of an emergency visit from our electrician. Thanks State Farm and Ting!"
