He was incredibly helpful, reassuring us that everything will be taken care of. He efficiently made note and texted me contact numbers, preferred repair options and who to call with questions if I needed help. He was on the line with the claims agent and me as we worked through the claim. I felt respected and cared for throughout the process. I cannot say enough good about the experience I had with Tim’s agency.

In addition, I received a follow up call by Larry from that office before I left the building. He had received notice of my filing and called to make an early contact. Larry too was exceptionally kind and concerned that we get the help needed.

"I was at my wit’s end after an incident with our car needing to be wenched out of the mud & towed. Every call with Roadside Assistance left me frustrated until I was finally in tears. I called Tim’s office and spoke to one of his associates, a real person, an Iowan, who actually understood my situation and with the small Iowa road our car was stuck on. They took the time to look into my situation and consider the best next steps so I could use the maximum of my insurance and have very little left to pay of the specialty tow we needed. They called me back with a plan and with next steps and said that I could get a reimbursement check in the mail within hours of them receiving my receipt. Finally, someone heard me out and treated me with authentic compassion, not canned apologies read from a screen. Thank you to Tim and his team for providing relief and support on a very bad day!"

Tim Flanagan actually called us from his vacation in Hawaii and then Larry Morse was our contact. Larry was in constant contact and helped us through the process of starting the claim, getting a rental car, managing the out of town repairs, covering a hotel stay on our return trip and eventually getting it to an adjuster back here in town. "I am 85 years old and have been insured by State Farm for auto and home for about 65 years. When our last assigned agent left the company I decided to look for my own agent. I went to four State Farm Agencies in the proximity of our home. Three of them gave me the attitude of no big deal if you choose us or not. One lady, Sam, from Tim Flanagan's office went above and beyond to invite me to bring my three policies to their office. When I decided to do that, Sam, and other Staff helped in the switch over process. Then a couple of weeks ago I stopped by the office and met Tim Flanagan, and that confirmed that I had indeed made the right choice. One retired and one provided very poor service!! In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't settle for an agency that provided such poor service because, I found an outstanding agency - Tim Flanagan's Agency!!!
